MASS 3.25.2
Release date: 2025-09-15
This release introduces modifications to the licensing
When using dual-head cameras, the external intervention functionality must be disabled to ensure proper behavior
Improvements
-
Improved Auto-Tracking Logic: Refined the camera auto-tracking system with a configurable timeout for manual overrides, preventing cameras from being inadvertently left in a non-tracking state.
-
Camera zoom hysteresis: A new zoomHysteresis setting has been added to the camera's default model to prevent unnecessary zoom changes when moving to a new PTZ.
-
System Performance and Stability: Addressed several underlying issues to improve server start-up time, prevent freezes related to the database service, and resolve errors in the video proxy for more stable video streams.
-
User Experience and Workflow Improvements:
- Added a convenience feature to copy the Digital Terrain Model (DTM) between cameras, simplifying setup for dual-camera systems.
- Ensured that camera tours now run correctly even when no radars are active, maintaining continuous surveillance patrols.
-
Camera and Radar Enhancements: Added support for new camera models, improved the external intervention logic to handle less accurate PTZ data, and updated the AR-300 radar configuration for better detection performance.
-
Stable AI Camera Channel Mapping: Ensured that AI camera channel assignments remain fixed and consistent, even if cameras are disconnected or removed, providing reliable video feeds for recording and analysis.
-
Gallagher Integration Enhancements: Upgraded the Gallagher security integration to use a more secure token-based authentication method and added backward compatibility for older Gallagher Command Centre versions (v8.5.0)
-
Enhanced On-Screen Target Data: The user interface now displays a target's range (in meters) and classification probability directly next to the target on the map, providing operators with immediate, critical information.
-
Dijital Drones Integration: Introduced a new integration with the Dijital Drones system, enabling automated drone dispatch in response to system alerts for rapid verification.
-
AI Alert & Status reporting: Presentation of alerts generated by the AI appliance as system health indicators.
-
Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) Notifications: Implemented a new system to proactively notify users about upcoming SMA expirations and the availability of new software updates, ensuring systems remain supported and current.
-
Expose Drone send API call through outgoing WS messages: The drone send API call is now exposed through outgoing WS messages, which is needed for the Dijital Drones integration.
-
Logger Dashboard: Optimized the log dashboard's communication protocol for better performance and introduced logger groups for more efficient support diagnostics
Bug Fixes
-
Camera profile can't be used when profileToken is Number
-
Camera tours don't run when no radar is working
-
Video proxy error.
-
Camera driver: If default profile is missing, it is recreated but used only on next maintenance session: The default camera profile is now recreated and used immediately if it is missing.
-
Resolved a login issue that occurred when embedding the MASS application within external web platforms like Lcontrol Sniper.
Known Issues
- Auto-tracking Toggle Issue in Dual Camera Configuration: Auto-tracking intermittently fails in dual-camera configurations. When enabled, it toggles back OFF after several seconds, sometimes also affecting the other camera unexpectedly.
- Exclude Zones: When creating an exclude coverage zone, there is no relevance to the other parameters (ai assited, 2d targets, etc.). All should be disabled.
