Improvements​

  • Strict IP Address Validation: The Update dialog now enforces strict, custom validation for IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway fields, ensuring full 4-octet IPv4 compliance and preventing invalid network configurations from being applied.

  • Improved Network Settings Context Menu: The context menu action previously labeled Assign IP... has been renamed to Edit Network Settings to more clearly convey its purpose. The corresponding dialog title has also been updated to Configure Network Settings for consistency.

  • DataGrid Visual Redesign: The device table has been redesigned for improved readability and a more polished user experience. Enhancements include increased row heights, additional cell padding, refined sorting arrow indicators, and explicit minimum column widths to ensure a responsive layout across different screen sizes.

  • DataGrid Search Bar: A new search bar has been added above the device table, enabling users to quickly filter rows by typing any keyword. The search is performed across all columns simultaneously, making it easier to locate specific devices in large deployments.

  • Self-Contained Runtime Build: The application is now distributed as a self-contained executable, allowing it to run on target machines without requiring a pre-installed .NET runtime. This simplifies deployment and reduces setup time on customer environments.

Bug Fixes​

  • Crash on Discovery Data Containing Special Characters: Resolved an issue where the application could crash in certain scenarios when discovery data contained special characters. Input handling has been hardened to safely process such data without affecting application stability.
